Mission file / Aether Events Odyssey to Space Palais Anthea / Marrakech 5 Oct 2024 / 19:00 → 05:00

Odyssey to Space turned a techno night in Marrakech into a launch. Every touchpoint, from the first teaser to the LED wall and the drones in the sky, had to come from the same universe.

Wide, engineered capitals for the voice of the mission; a soft geometric sans for everything people need to read.

T-05First light · the teasers

Before any name, a universe

Months before the line-up, three reels built the world: what the word Aether means, where the night would land, and the first blind passes. No artists, only atmosphere.

01 / The name

From ancient Greek belief: an unseen substance beyond Earth.

02 / The venue

A zoom from orbit down to Palais Anthea.

03 / Blind pass

A 3D monolith reel that sold tickets before a single name.

T-04Signal · the campaign

First contact: Odyssey to Space

One horizon line carried the whole campaign: a planet edge, the mark, the name. Every artist, date and drop was released inside that same frame.

The invitation: Odyssey to Space over a glowing planet horizon, with the line Aether welcomes you to its first edition, Palais Anthea, Marrakech, October 5th 2024.

The key visual

The campaign's anchor frame: the mark rising over the planet's edge with the name in wide capitals. Every later post was built from this horizon.

Key visual story: Aether presents Odyssey to Space, 5th Oct, under a planet's glowing edge.
T-03Line-up · the flight plan

Seven sets, one trajectory

The timetable was designed as a flight plan, climbing from sunset warm-up to the peak hours until 5AM. The drone show was the one item with no time slot: it could happen at any moment.

T-01Arrival · map & on-site

A venue drawn like a star chart

The site plan, signage, wristbands and every partner stand carried the story onto the ground. Zones were named for the theme, so Interstellar VIP and G.A. Galaxy felt like destinations, not ticket tiers.

Liftoff: stage, light and sky

From render to the night

The mark was designed to become architecture. It was modelled in 3D first, then built: a lit triangle on the lawn, LED columns, beams and screen content playing the identity at full scale.

RenderBlender render: the Aether triangle as a monolith in a misty landscape, small figures walking toward it.
BuiltThe real triangle installation, lit white between two blue truss towers.

Aftermovie / 80 s

The mark, drawn in the sky

The night in eighty seconds: a drone fleet tracing an orbit, an astronaut and finally the Aether triangle above the crowd, then the LED wall, the beams and the booth until 5AM.
