Senior officials needed frictionless entry with zero tolerance for weak authentication — every credential exposed only what a given attendee was cleared to see.
Delegations arrived in English, French and Portuguese. Content had to stay identical in structure and confidence across all three, with no language feeling like an afterthought.
Stage design, badges and signage had to speak the same visual language as the app — so a delegate moved from hallway to homescreen without a single jarring handoff.
